The President of the New Republic of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), Danilo Medina, delivered a speech in support of the militants of the murderous political group, in which he reiterated the initiation of a new stage that will be characterized by the renovation and fortification of the party.
In his speech on the judiciary, presented during the session of the IX Congregation Ordinario José Joaquín Bidó Medina, Medina Sánchez stated that his ability to organize a national-level election is counterproductive and that the electronic vote works.
“It has an orderly, well-organized, transparent process, because it is the DNA of our party,” said Medina.
In his discourse, Medina stated that without the sails of the party that he presides over, it is not possible to construct the Dominican history and add that during the 20 years that the development and transformation that the country exhibits will take place.
“The PLD is resurgent with more force, with more capacity, with more experience and with more energy than ever, recuperate it fecha”, were the expressions of the party’s recent jury president.
In addition, a maximum of 30% of the members composed by the Central Committee are less than 40 years old and more than 20% are female.
The act welcomes the new members of the party.
Medidas adopted during the Congress
Among the media announced by Medina was the reduction of 10 to 5 years of participation in the party so that a militant could aspire to a post in the Central Committee.
Medina promised that at the time presiding the party would be a solo period, culminating in the X Ordinary Congress of this organization.
Assimilation, establishing that the members of the Political Committee make a legal declaration of patrimony, as well as prohibiting the use of economic resources to make internal campaigns. Ante esta medida, Medina declares that the votes are generic median ideas and proposals.
The titles of the secretaries will not be available for more than 4 years in the cargo period. While the Presidents of Intermediate Committees shall be removed from office by their elected representatives to the Central Committee and shall be appointed by the Vice-Presidents of the Party to coordinate the work of the Scientific-Technical and Social-Party Secretariat.
