Dancing With The Stars pro Witney Carson reveals the name of her newborn son after welcoming her first child to Carson McAllister
Dancing With The Stars pro Witney Carson became a mother for the first time on January 3rd.
The 27-year-old posted the name of her newborn son on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon and shared the first photo of Kevin Leo McAllister after giving birth in C-section.
Witney was a healthy baby boy who thanked the hearts of her and her husband, Carson McAllister, and shared the meaning behind the name while calling him ‘the most precious gift’.

‘Kevin Leo McAllister. “She was named after his grandfather who sent him to us,” she wrote.
‘Born January 3, 2021, 7 lbs. 2oz. 21 ‘long! My little Leo, I love you more than words can express. ‘
‘You are the most precious gift. My life will be changed forever by your sweet spirit. Welcome to the world Leo, ‘she stormed.
The Utah native documented portions of her labor on social media, saying it was not an easy process.

Growing family: Witney and her four-year-old husband have now added another to their family with the arrival of Leo, whom she named after her grandfather.
‘After a very hard 24-hour work and an unexpected section … we are all healthy and well. We are so thankful and we feasted every moment with our perfect angel boy. Thank you for all the prayers! ‘
On Tuesday, she posted a video before, during and after the pregnancy while her four-year-old husband spent their first ’24 hours’ with their ‘precious, beautiful son’.
‘Everyone tells you how special life is in this world, but you never know exactly what it means until it happens to you. This is my whole world, ‘she said.

Bliss: McAllister stayed by his wife’s side all day through childbirth, while the couple reveled in their last moments as a family of two.

She also received flowers from Derek Hough’s DWTS pro girlfriend Hayley Erbert when she thanked her for the ‘sweet’ gift.
Husband McAllister stayed by the side of his wife all day through childbirth, while the couple reveled in their last moments as a family of two.
“I have never loved this man more than I have,” she wrote in a photo with her husband. “He is a true angel.
Out of the comfort of her hospital bed, Witney reported that she had received an epidural to help deal with pain.
“Contractions are hell, but the epidural is heaven … so I’m fine,” she drew a shot as Carson massaged her hand.

She unveiled the news of her pregnancy for the first time on July 23 when she posted a photo of her and Kevin with their ultrasound photos and a pregnancy test.
“We love this little bean so much and we can’t wait to start this beautiful chapter in our lives!” She shared.
Due to her pregnancy, the longtime DWTS pro could not participate in the latest season as she kept the health of her baby in mind.
Witney and Carson were married on January 1, 2016 during a ceremony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the Salt Lake Temple in Salt Lake City and celebrated their five-year wedding anniversary on Friday.
