Dallas County reports 20 COVID-19 deaths, including a man in his 20s without health conditions

Dallas County reported another 294 COVID-19 cases and 20 new coronavirus deaths on Saturday.

Among the latest victims were nine Dallas residents, including a man in his 50s who died in his home and three men in their 40s, 70s and 80s who each died in hospital care.

The victims also included four Irving residents and three Mesquite residents, including a man in his 40s who died in his home. A Lancaster woman in her 80s dies in hospice care.

Fourteen of the victims were 60 or older, and all but three of the victims were men. The youngest victim was a Dallas man in his twenties who was admitted to the hospital and had no underlying health conditions. All the other victims had underlying health conditions.
