This family tree just got a big uproar.
A 24-year-old pregnant mother claims she was shocked when she found out that her boyfriend and baby father were having an affair with her own mother.
Jess Aldridge told the Sun that her boyfriend Ryan Shelton ran away with her mother Georgina after she brought her newborn son home from the hospital.
‘This is the ultimate betrayal. “You expect a new grandmother to fall in love with the baby – not the father,” Aldridge told the outlet.
The family in Gloucestershire, England, lived together so that Georgina could help care for her grandchildren. Aldridge and Shelton have two children together, a daughter named Georgina (1) and the newborn son Reuben.
“We were stuck in the house for months during the lockdown,” Aldridge recalled. “It was so hard, especially because Ryan and Mom were always so flirtatious. I felt so uncomfortable that it was a horrible experience. ‘
Even though Georgina’s husband, Eric, was also in the house, Shelton (29) and Georgina (44) spent Bacardi in the kitchen together. Aldridge claims she once caught Shelton touching her mother’s butt, but tries to brush it off. “It was disgusting. She would wear these short dresses and everyone would touch him on the couch, ‘she said. Aldridge claims that she even confronted the couple – although they deny that anything was going on.
That changed when Aldridge was admitted to the hospital in January to give birth to Reuben. While having a caesarean section, Shelton, a car parts salesman, divorced Aldridge via text, claiming he was ill because she accused him of having an affair.
“Ryan saw baby Reuben just a few minutes after his birth and then ten minutes the day after while moving all his belongings,” the new mother said. “They were rushing like that. He even made my mom wait for him with the car in the parking lot.
When Aldridge returned with her new son, she realized Georgina, a nursing home worker, had also moved. Although they continued to deny it, the couple eventually admitted that they lived together.
The unusual new couple has now apparently officially confirmed their relationship on Facebook, reports Metro UK.
“My mom told me she could not help who she fell in love with, and Ryan told me the same thing,” Aldridge said. “It was a big kick in the teeth, they planned it throughout my entire pregnancy.”
She said Eric was also devastated by the news.
“She was meant to be a grandmother to my two children and help me look after them, but she wants to let my boyfriend down,” Aldridge said.
“I’m sad and I lost everything – my mother and my father to my children.”
