Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.06 hits Stages, fixes stuck weapons

Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the most anticipated games in 2020, and thereafter one of the most difficult mess, matching the kind of year 2020. The latest update of Cyberpunk 2077, patch 1.06, is now available for Stadia players, which has a number corrects some of the biggest Stage-specific bugs, including weapon level.

To everyone ‘s surprise, the playable version of Cyberpunk 2077 was shockingly stable compared to the console ports. That said, in the weeks following the launch, a large amount of updates took place, looking over important and minor issues in the game. As announced on Twitter, Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.06 is now available for players on Stadia, which was released on December 23 on console and computer platforms.

Although this delay of almost one month certainly stings, it seems that there was good reason for it. The delay in the Stadia release of Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.06 can of course be explained by the holiday, along with the Stadia gate managed by another company, QLOC. More importantly for players, patch 1.06 seems to contain a whole host of Stage-specific bugs.

The biggest of these is a solution to the problem that is regularly reported, so that V’s weapons can “get stuck” after using a grenade or other device. QLOC also appears to detect some of the accidents that occur late in the storyline.

Guests

  • Dum Dum will no longer go missing during the entrance of Totentanz Second conflict.

Stage specific

  • Improved steering mechanics for story NPCs while V is a passenger.
  • Rare accidents have been fixed when loading near the endgame upload, and some of the previously broken storage is repaired.
  • Weapons should no longer get stuck if you use devices (such as grenades) or shoot quickly in succession.
  • V should no longer be stuck in a strong attacking position at random.
  • V should no longer randomly switch to a sprint while bending forward.
  • The inability to reload weapons or use grenades and consumables has been corrected.

Of course, because Stadia is cloud-based, you can immediately start playing Cyberpunk 2077 on Patch 1.06 without waiting for updates.
