Cyberpunk 2077: Johnny Silverhand concept art reveals what he could look like in front of Keanu Reeves

CD Project Red concept art revealed what the Johnny Silverhand character from Cyberpunk 2077 could look like, before Keanu Reeves took on the role. As seen by AltChar, concepts on CD Project Red Senior Concept Artist and coordinator Lea Leonowicz’s ArtStation profile look at Johnny Silverhand without Keanu Reeves’ likeness.

This version of Silverhand looks a little younger than the Johnny we see in the game, without facial hair and a more toned physique. The character still has his cybernetic brand, and many of the outfits on display are very similar, including Silverhand’s shiny pants, red sunglasses, and Samurai tank top.

One piece from the concept art ‘First Sketches’ is a bit more glam-rock than the rest, showing a vision of Johnny wearing a bandana and a big jumper. One cool detail that did not make it to the final match was a bracelet with a point around the wrist of Silverhand’s robot arm. Very cruel legend.

There is also another concept art of Silverhand within a scene that uses double pistols to defend itself in a shootout. It’s a good look at the creative process behind the character, and possibly a vision of what Silverhand could have looked like if CD Project Red had not hired Keanu Reeves for the role.
