CVS says it will begin on Feb. 11 with vaccines at some CVS locations in New Jersey.
The vaccines are being administered at 27 CVS locations across the state, the company said, and you can start booking appointments next week. But not all 27 locations will be up and running next week, the company said.
“For CVS pharmacy locations starting on February 11 to offer COVID-19 vaccinations, appointments will already be available for booking on February 9, as stores receive vaccines,” CVS said in a statement.
There is no pre-registration, but if the bookings are available, you must register at CVS.com or via the CVS Pharmacy app, the company said.
For those who do not have online access, CVS has set up a customer service line at (800) 746-7287. No run-in vaccines are provided.
“The list of specific stores is available on CVS.com as stores receive vaccines and appointments are available,” spokeswoman Tara Burke said, not all of them will be online at the same time. “The places and towns will be listed as soon as appointments are available.”
The company did not list all designated stores in NJ, but said the vaccines would be available at pharmacies throughout the state, including Brigantine, Edison, Elizabeth, Flemington, Green Brook, Hoboken, North Bergen, North Plainfield. , Princeton, Seaside Heights. , Stanhope, Union, Voorhees and West Orange.
As more offerings become available, the company will expand to more locations and offer additional appointments, he said.
The vaccines are only available to people who meet the state’s admission requirements, which the company says “will be confirmed by the state before implementation.” The company did not say whether you must be registered with the state’s registration system to be eligible.
