Cuomo’s ex Sandra Lee wishes ‘peace, healing’ when the second prosecutor comes forward

Director Cuomo’s ex, Sandra Lee, offered words of ‘healing’ to her fans on social media a few hours after allegations of sexual harassment were made against him by a second woman within days.

‘Send everyone peace and loving greetings from Malibu! The best sunsets ever thank God for the ocean! Lee posted on Instagram on Saturday night, along with a photo of a beach.

The message came hours after The New York Times revealed that Cuomo’s 25-year-old former assistant, Charlotte Bennet, accused the 63-year-old governor of asking her inappropriate personal questions at work and saying he was open was for relationships with women. in their 20s and makes her feel like he wants to date her.

The accusations were made a few days after another former assistant, Lindsey Boylan, publicly accused the governor of trying to kiss her in the mouth in the New York office in 2018. She also suggested that they play ‘strip poker’ during a flight on his official state plane in October 2017.

Bennett said the interaction took place at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic – months after his fall in the fall of 2019 with Lee, with whom he had been dating for 14 years.

Lee, 54, recently said in April that she was still in daily contact with the governor.

“He’s still my guy,” she told the Today program. “None of us, as far as I know, had an appointment.”

About the same time, Cuomo allegedly came to Bennett – who grew up in Westchester County and is about the same age as Cuomo’s daughters.

Bennett told the Times the governor told her at a June meeting in his Albany office that he was lonely and “no one can hug”, before pressuring her on whom she last hugged.

Cuomo responded in a statement on Saturday to the allegations made by Bennett – as calls for an investigation into the governor’s behavior are magnified.

“I never made progress with Ms. Bennett and also did not intend to act in any way that was inappropriate,” Cuomo said. “The last thing I would have ever wanted was to make her feel something being reported.”
