Cubano is declarable guilty in Texas of transporting undocumented immigrants

(CNN Español) – A permanent resident of Cuban origin, identified by the tax authorities as Ciro Yasel Castillo, was found guilty that his juveniles had a federal law in Corpus Christi, Texas, for transporting undocumented immigrants, including Jennifer Lowery.

The authorities inform the jury that Castillo was found driving a truck on March 15, 2020 during the inspection period of the Patrol Frontier in the Falfurrias zone, where Castillo establishes escort for three passengers.

Following a press release issued by the Federal Tax Office for the District of Texas, Castillo said to authorities that all Cuban citizens should be allowed to test their migration status in the United States.

The Patrol Fronteriza proceeds to a second inspection, finding that both passengers are minor and of Guatemalan citizenship, and the third passenger is a Cuban foreigner with the status of United States migrant.

Authorities also demonstrated that Castillo resisted the arrest of the patrol’s detainees during several minutes, taking into account some of the agents present during the inspection.

Authorities, in a new case investigation, will identify the third passenger, resulting in Cuban nationality and identified as Lazarus Fidel López-Torres. This is a criminal offense involving conspiracy theories to transport the minor guarantors of the Guatemalan nationality.

Castillo’s defense argued that the jury was an Uber official conductor who accepted the US $ 500 payment to get to the two minorities in Houston, Texas.

Castillo will be released on bail until July 1, when the federal court finishes its sentence, which will have up to 10 years in prison and a possible fine of $ 250,000.
