COVID-19 of Puerto Rico: 18 cases in 205 additional cases confirmed

The Department of Health informed me of this report 18 months ago by COVID-19; while, 205 confirmed cases, 100 probable cases and 101 additional suspected cases are registered.

Confirmed cases are determined in this manner by having sampled the sample with molecular testing, probabilities are used with testing of antigen and those suspected of having a rapid testing or serology.

The 18 new deaths identified by Health are as follows:

Five men of 50 years, 63 years, 71 years, 78 years, 85 years and 88 years, in addition to a female of 88 years of the Metro region.

A female of 74 years of the Aguadilla region.

A male of 74 years of the Arecibo region.

A female of 34 years in four males of 70 years, 71 years, 76 years, 82 years respectively of the Caguas region

A female 80 years old from Ponce.

A man from 70 years of Fajardo

A man from 89 years of the Bayamón region.

Second Salud are these corresponding failures, four of them in the month of October, one in the month of November, are in December and are in January.

Puerto Rico has 74,967 confirmed cases and 1,588 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

In the total number of confirmed, probable and suspected cases, the women had a total of 75,206 confirmed cases and the men 62,173.

The number of hospitalized patients is 411, 69 of them in intensive care and three minor in pediatric intensive care unit.
