Country singer Tyler Rich discovers a corpse on New Year’s Eve: ‘I’m broken about this’

Tyler Rich openly begins about the disturbing experience of coming upon a corpse of a dead man while on the run.

The country singer (34) took to Twitter on Friday to discuss how she ended 2020 with the shock of finding a body in a wooded area.

In a statement, Rich said he was 4 miles from Chicopee State Park in Massachusetts when he “ran across a dam” and “looked for a way to cut the hill back to the path.”

“I then saw what I thought was a young homeless man sleeping. He was on his stomach and had a bag tied around his foot and was downstairs. “After I ran around him, I felt bad for him, he slept with his face and just looked like he was in a bad place,” Rich wrote.

The singer said he then turned around to examine the man and realized he was not breathing.

“As I come out in front of him, all I see is a lifeless face covered in blood. Everywhere. Looked like I was shot or blunt. At this moment I freak out and jump up the steep hill to try to locate someone. a phone call to the police, ‘he said.

Rich further said he called police. After arriving at the scene, authorities discovered a gun in one of the deceased’s hands, he revealed.

“It could have possibly been a suicide,” Rich said. “Not that there’s any kind of thing that can help me get him that way.”

Rich called it “rough” 24 hours later.

“Not as I planned to end 2020. It will be an image and moment I will never forget. I must respond first and call out our army who face death every day and are able to continue to give them everyday life, ”he tweeted.

On Saturday, the country star revealed that he has since spoken to the victim’s mother and was torn over the similarities he had with him.
