When he orders the skateboarder to roll on his stomach, he can be heard answering, “I can not!”; at this point the officer’s pistol sweeps the skateboarder with the grip of the taser in the face while his arms are helplessly pinned.
Witnesses who shoot shouted in dismay and begged the officer to stop hurting him; but when a second officer shows up as a backup, the first only becomes more violent: he grabs the skateboarder’s hair, he knocks him over before hitting his face in asphalt, causing further screams from shocked bystanders.
“Get back!” the officer roared at the witnesses: “Come back, otherwise you will enter!”
Blood flows from his head with two officers now on top of him, and the skateboarder tries to lift his face off the ground, and the policeman hits him once more in the back of the head.

The officer got out and ordered him to stop skating on the road, but the skateboarder argued that according to the witnesses he was not allowed to skate on the sidewalk. This is allegedly when the officer lost it.
While the horrific videos were circulating on social media, Barrie Police Chief Kimberley Greenwood called for an independent investigation.
