Hand assumed a life compromise with Dominican democracy and the just indications that require the Dominican people to advance the development. In this context, the interpretation of the system of political parties is fundamental. As part of the Central Committee of the Party of the Dominican Liberation, it has taken up the task of working hard in the market of this Noveno Congreso, Dr. José Joaquín Bidó Medina, to dynamize, foreclose and transform the party founded by Professor Juan Bosch.

5) Create an Office of Analysis and Evaluation of the Presumption and Economic Impact of Legislations to support our congressmen in the role of taxation and to provide quality information and public opinion on the course of the national economy.
6) Technological modernization without precedents: implement a party APP for communication, financial management and monitoring of party organizations. Use Big Data Artificial Intelligence to project political actions and communication.
7) New editorial production and content creation: Relaunching of the People’s Vanguardia as an open and inclusive space and Podcast on party secretarial skills. Quality content for Siglo XXI.
8) PLD partido de causas: Activation of 39 secretaries and an agenda vinculación con organizaciones sociales. The PLD needs to support the people through its loopholes and social, economic, media and institutional indications.
9) Position on the market new methods of rehabilitation that allow the party to have resources for social work that impacts individuals and communities, finances sufficiency in its activities and opens localities to the national level. A PLD presents solidarity with the Dominicans
