California health officials have called for a temporary halt to the distribution of the specific lot, Lot # 041L20A. The clinic said it received 1100 doses of the lot, but not everyone who received a vaccination from Clinica Sierra today received a dose of the consignment in question.
In fact, vaccines from the shipment in question were not sent to the Fresno location on Elm at all. According to Clinica Sierra Vista, it is only interrupted by an abundance of vaccinations.

The clinic, which has been planning vaccinations for people aged 65 and over in the provinces of Fresno and Kern since Monday 18 January, announced a few hours in the afternoon that the doses would not be administered until further notice.
