The former Bachelorette said during an Instagram Live on Friday that she had ‘struggled’ privately for a while, especially with anxiety, but now she is ready to be more vulnerable to her fans.

‘I think if you open yourself up to share what you are going through, not as a victim, but as a vulnerability, and more just like the human side of you, with your friends, with your family, with the public, just ‘as much as you want to share with people – mine is much more public than most people – but I think if we share our struggle, it gives people the opportunity to connect with it and share their struggle,’ Crawley said.

The reality star added that as she opened up, she had heard from fans experiencing similar situations.

Crawley thanks fans who shared their own stories with her, and encourages people to open up to their loved ones.

Last week, Moss announced that he and Crawley were separated.
