From May 1st onwards, Citibanamex debit accounts will not be able to be deposited in the Oxxo Titles without payment of these bank loans.
It is reported that Citibanamex has not renewed its alliance with Oxxo for this year.
“Debate a revision in our correspondence network and in the recent creation of the digital bank, this year the alliance with Oxxo has not been renewed”, says the bank to the users.
Customers can perform their operations on the mobile bank, BancaNet, the bank’s automated and secure cash registers, as well as in 7 Eleven, Casa Ley, Pharmacias del Ahorro, Farmacias Guadalajara, Telecomm and the Chedraui car service chains.
Oxxo says that the suspension of this service in its tendencies obtains “causes” in the chain, but that Citibanamex’s cash withdrawals and balances will continue to operate on a regular basis.
The notice informs various users, some will consider that the suspension of this service will affect the Mexican customers, which depend on this type of transaction.
