The star, who recently shared that she has mastered a month of sobriety, posted some photos of her evening on her verified Instagram account.
One of them featured her and her husband John Legend with matching intoxicated faces.
“Mom and Dad wish you a happy, healthy and beautiful new year, blessed with the purest joys and positive ~ * vibes * ~,” reads the caption.
She also shared a photo of the couple with their good friends, Jen Atkins and Mike Rosenthal.
In a video, Atkins and Legend played a board game while Teigen peeled a green apple.
“Cinnamon rolling in the new year, lol, sober new year is lit,” reads the caption.
Earlier in the week, Teigen shared with her followers that she was inspired to stop drinking after her doctor and friend gave her the book ‘Quit Like a Woman’ by Holly Whitaker.
