Three Percenter Truck at Capitol on January 6 belongs to the man of Hitler-Quoting Rep

Investigators on Twitter first noted that the Ford pickup truck with the right-wing militia’s sticker was parked on the Capitol site in footage posted on social media and taken by CBS News. The presence of a vehicle with a militia emblem near the Capitol, inaccessible to normal vehicle traffic, raised questions about how it got there – and whether it belonged to one of the hundreds of suspects involved in the deadly riot, but in an email to The Daily Beast, Chris Miller, Rep. Miller’s husband, a member of the House of Representatives in Illinois, conceded that the truck belonged to him, even though he had pleaded ignorance about the civilian group. Steve Cohen pointed out that shortly before the riot, U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert led a “major” tour of the Capitol, saying she did not hold any tours for anyone outside her family at the time and that there was no evidence that any Boebert was criticized for her ties to militia groups after she posed for a photo during a gun rights rally in December 2019, where runners flashed three Percenter signatures.
