Chizuru Kagura was announced for King of Fighters 15 during the Japanese fighting game developer.
She will join her classic comrades Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami to form Team Sacred Treasures in the new title.

SNK has confirmed that Team Sacred Treasures will be an official team in King of Fighters 15 with the long-awaited return of Chizuru Kagura, along with Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami.
The trailer shows footage of Chizuru making her return to the series after 18 years of absence with her last playable appearance in King of Fighters 2003.
As the first character to take part in the game that was not part of King of Fighters 14, it makes Chizuru’s 3D debut with a beautiful rendition of her shadow movement in the new graphic style of the series.
The implications of the story of the reunion of the three Sacred Treasures have yet to be seen, as the three have never been an official team before. In the story, the three had to work together to destroy Orochi, so there must undoubtedly be a very big threat for them to put their differences aside and work together again.
