Chip and Joanna unveil a preview for ‘Fixer Upper: Welcome Home’

Chip and Joanna Gaines are returning to their roots.

The home and lifestyle gurus have released the trailer for the upcoming series “Fixer Upper: Welcome Home” from their Magnolia Network.

The series serves as the “return of the beloved Fixer Upper series”, according to a press release.

The release states that the first four episodes of the show will be available on Discovery + on Friday, January 29, 2021, and that new episodes will appear weekly until February 19th.

“All right, little girl, we’re ready again,” Chip, 46, said in the trailer.

“Back to work,” Joanna, 42, repeated.

During the track, the married duo are seen demolishing and renovating homes in events that Chip says are “like nothing we’ve ever seen.”

One of the houses they visit in the preview drops the doorknob with the arrival of the earplugs.

“It can fix us,” Joanna claims.

They also come across a house with some big surprises, as Chip puts it, including a bedroom filled with garbage.

“I’ve never seen anything like it,” Joanna admitted.

Chip then flushes over one of his favorite parts of homes that flips over: the demolition.

“Demo day is one of those things where it never gets old,” he said, later telling his wife, “When you talk about demo, I mean it’s a twist.

“Oh woe,” she says with an eye roll.

There seem to be many adventures ahead for Chip and Joanna, such as breaking through plaster and falling walls of concrete blocks.

“I work harder, not smarter,” Chip explained.
