Chick-fil-A opened in Bayamón and Carolina

Chick-fil-A, the state-of-the-art restaurant chain specialized in polo, will open in the finals of 2021 in Bayamón and the principles of the next year in Carolina.

The company selection at Site Centers as the highlight for the first round of opening of its new restaurants in Puerto Rico.

“When Chick-fil-A was first considered the expansion to Puerto Rico, it was quickly determined that Bay of Sol in Bayamón and Plaza Escorial in Carolina were the perfect lodges. There are companies with lease agreements and we continue to work on additional announcements in our portfolio. We are very pleased to welcome you to Chick-fil-A in Puerto Rico and the RVI Shopping Centers, ”said the senior lease director, Marielle de la Hoz, in written statements to the press.

The opening of the Plaza del Sol restaurant is scheduled for the 2021th quarter and the Escorial Plaza for the first quarter of 2022.

New Tiendas

In recent months, the following establishments have opened their first tenders in Puerto Rico within the portfolio managed by Site Centers: Ximivogue in Plaza del Sol; Duck Donuts and Heeretea at Plaza Río Hondo. Además, Arby will open its first tienda in the island for the third quarter of 2021 in Plaza Cayey.

Other new trends include: Parfois, La Nueva Era, Boost Mobile and The Fix in Plaza del Sol, Joyería Venecia with its concept of Pandora in Plaza Río Hondo, and Burlington and Dress My Tablet that open in Plaza del Norte. In addition, an All Ways 99 is listed with its recent opening in Senorial Plaza.

Mientras, en Plaza Escorial is a Grand Way, Exentrix, Pizza To Go, Acai Express and Duck Donuts. In Plaza Walmart and Guayama: U-Go Play and First Bank. And Plaza Isabela abrieron Boost Mobile, Alberto & Co with the concept of Pandora and Triple S Vida. And in Plaza Fajardo the Grand Way and Fajardo Jewelry with Pandora are close by.

For its part, in the Plaza del Atlántico is Emotions Beauty. Finally, All Ways 99, Me Salvé and Rainbow expanded the square footage of its spaces that exist in the shopping centers to increase the offer to the consumer.
