Charlotte, NC As state health officials warn of major rallies in 2021, a church in Charlotte is hosting a rally that is expected to bring out hundreds of attendees, according to the NBC affiliate WCNC.
The United House of Prayer presents an opportunity to honor the Archbishop of the Church. Bishop CM Bailey, the leader of the House of Prayer franchise, which consists of nearly 150 churches, visits the Charlotte location on Saturday and Sunday.
House of Prayer churches from across the area are expected to bring in members by bus, reports WCNC.
In October, Charlotte Church hosted a week-long convention that drew thousands of church members from across the country. The Mecklenburg County Department of Health said at least 208 coronavirus infections and nine deaths were traced to the incident.
