The representative of the Canary Nationalist Group, José Alberto Díaz Estébanez, presented a Proposition No de Ley (PNL) to introduce to the Government the creation of a new primary specialty of Emergency Medicine and Emergencies to the Mayor Brevedad possible.
According to the proposal, the training of professional medical specialists in emergencies and emergencies does not exist in the news in Spain, salvo in the military ambitious, to make sure that the scientific societies live before the reconciliation with which they are UE , Canada, Mexico or Australia.
Díaz Estébanez points out that the “verschriklike” sanitary crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic has not been more important than relieving the importance of the services provided by hospital emergency services to the attention of patients, in other words, had manifest manifestation with anteriority to this pandemic.

This situation is exceptional, as in the rest of the medical activities this homogeneity and uniformity is present, however.
The re-indication of the specialty of Emergencies and Emergencies includes the professions that develop their activities in these services and will not close the door to the acquisition of the title to those professionals who have been serving in Urgencies for some time. which should establish the National Commission to create with the companies of Internal Medicine and Medicinal Trust in Community, in particular.
In Spain, this specialty is not included in the Annex 1 of Real Decree 183/2008 of 8 February, by which the specialties in Health and are determined and classified as aspects of the specialized sanitary training system.
However, the EU considers it a primary specialty and has recently been ratified by the transposition into Spanish legislation of Directive 55/2013 on the updating of the Qualifications Directive, median Real Decree 581/2017, and supported in the news with the approval by the Ministry of Defense of the Complementary Specialty of Medical Medicine of Emergencies and Emergencies of Military Health, median Orden DEF / 2892/2015 of 17 December.
On the other hand, with a specialty, a percentage close to 50% of the professionals working in the Cambian Emergency Services has other medical activity different from the ones in these services that have a reduced labor reform rate fidelize the talent of these emerging professionals who are currently working in Spain.
The Nationalist deputies recall that the specialty of Emergency Medicine and Emergencies does not have to increase costs, leaving the base of the existence of staff and the need to create a new administrative reality to which it exists, and is justified by three criteria: the existence of a specific action camp with a social demand elevation, a doctrinal body and the need for a Regulated and Homogeneous Training Program.
Thus, although the reconciliation of the Medicines of Emergencies and Emergencies in Europe resulted in the culmination of many years of work, in the wake of all the UE countries to create the specialty with a minimum period of 5 years, following the recommendation of the Council of the European Union of Specialist Physicians which created the Emergency and Emergency Medical Section (MUE), with the presence of all countries, including Spanish.
