Carly Waddell says she would be ’embarrassed’ to do a bachelor show again after Evan Bass Split

Sorry Bachelor nation, Carly Waddell no longer sees rosy ceremonies in her future.

In a new YouTube Q&A, the Bachelor in Paradise alum – who divorced Evan Bass in 2020 after three years of marriage – said she would be ’embarrassed’ to return to the franchise again.

‘A lot of people ask me if I should do another one Bachelor Waddell (35), who originally participated in Chris Soules’ season of The old guy, and appears on two seasons of BiP, where she met Bass.

“When I think about it, I just start laughing,” the mother of two added. ‘I can not even imagine walking to Chris Harrison and being like this. I will be so embarrassed. ‘

Waddell goes on to say that ‘one of the biggest things’ she’s learned is to try to avoid repeating the same patterns in her life. “Look how it worked out for me,” she said of her time in the program. “It did not. So it would be a bad idea on my part.”

Although Waddell noted that she was in a ‘better place’ than she was after first announcing her split, she is not ready to start dating again.

“I can not even think about it,” she said. “I was so excited to be done with it and think about doing it again … I’m scared to death.”

“I do not even know when I would invite it into my life,” she went on to explain that she did not intend to open the door until her divorce was finalized. “For me, I’m still married until it says I’m not married. And maybe it’s to my detriment, I do not know, but that’s how I feel.”

If she could ever see how she would get back with Bass, Waddell simply replied, “It takes two to make it happy, so that’s all I’m going to say about it.”
