The agreement is not official and requires the approval of MLB and the MLB Players Association, per The Athletics.
According to The Athletic, The Rockies could host the throwers Austin Gomber, Jake Woodford, Angel Rondon, the first player of Luken Baker and Jhon Torres. The package has not been confirmed.
