Cardi B says that she was successful and could afford cosmetic surgery, helping her overcome her child insecurity.

In an intimate conversation with Mariah Carey for Interview magazine, Cardi, 28, talks about growing up in the Bronx and then her rise to fame, which helped her change her appearance after years of bullying.
