Cardi B and Candace Owens fight epic Twitter battle

The Grammy winner caught it on Twitter on Tuesday with conservative expert Candace Owens.

It all stems from Owens’ appearance Monday in Tucker Carlson’s Fox show where she criticized Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s furious performance of their hit single “WAP” during Sunday’s Grammy Awards.

If you now know what “WAP” stands for, you will not be shocked by the stripper, provocative costumes and the two rappers who come close to a giant bed during a performance.

Owens sees it as an attack on American values, “American traditions” and accuses the artists of “actively trying to get children to strive for things that are grotesque” with their prime act.

“We celebrate perversity in America,” Owens said.

Initially, Cardi B shared the video of the appearance on her verified Twitter account, writes “Yaaaayyyyyyy WE MADE FOX NEWS PEOPLE !!! Wap wap wap.”

“I just want to thank Candy (Owens). She posted my performance on Fox News and gave it more views that strengthened the view on YouTube and counted my computers and sales,” the rapper tweeted. “Blink face with tongue STREAM UP AND ARM. ONLY GROWTH PARENTS REMEMBER YOU CAN MONITOR WHAT YOUR CHILDREN ARE STILL WATCHING.”

But things quickly diverged when Owens and Cardi B traded tweets covering everything from race and gender politics to each other’s spouses.

Most of what has been said is not suitable for family consumption but let’s just say there were a few nudes involved and it ended up with both women threatening legal action against each other.

Who says rap beef should stay between rappers?
