The mother of a man accused on Jan. 6 in the U.S. Capitol building in the U.S. Capitol building was arrested in Tennessee on Saturday and charged with entering the Capitol building.
Lisa Eisenhart, 56, is charged with conspiracy, trespassing on a restricted building and violent trespassing or disorderly conduct. Her son, Eric Munchel, was arrested on January 10 on similar charges.
‘As Congress was engaged in the official task of ratifying the Electoral College, [Eisenhart] and [Munchel] knowingly joined a crowd of individuals to enter the American Capitol by force with the aim of causing a civil disturbance intended to obstruct the orderly activities of the United States of America and the Senate of the United States , to disrupt and disturb, ‘arrest warrant reads.

Police say that this photo depicts Eric Munchel with ‘flex cuffs (plastic restraints)’ which are ‘used by law enforcement to restrain and / or detain subjects in the Senate Chamber’.
Police found photos of what they believe were Lisa Eisenhart and Eric Munchel leaving a Grand Hyatt Hotel at 12:37 a.m., on the Capitol Hill lawn during the riot and inside the Capitol.
Police said Eisenhart wears similar clothing in every photo she has of her, including a distinctive checkered shirt, tactical vest, blue jeans and glasses. ‘

According to police, Lisa Eisenhart and Eric Munchel are pictured in the Capitol building.
Eisenhart was arrested and booked in jail in Davidson County shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Christopher Wray, director of the FBI, said Thursday that more than 100 people have already been arrested for their involvement in the Capitol riot.
“Look what’s happening now with the people involved in the siege of the Capitol,” Wray told Vice President Mike Pence in an briefing. “Wherever they have spread – whether it was Memphis, Phoenix, Dallas, Honolulu – what they find is that FBI agents have to track them down and arrest them.”
