Resident Evil Village has a photo mode, new footage confirmed.
IGN has released our first look at the promising horror game running on a PlayStation 4 Pro, and in the right-hand corner of the screen we see that you can press the Options button for ship / photo mode (Resident Evil 7 has none of the functions). In the play in question, Lady Dimitrescu plays.
Unless you lived under a rock this year, you’ll know that the internet … enjoys the extremely tall vampire woman of Resident Evil Village.
Lady Dimitrescu is something of an internet sensation, and there is plenty of fan art (yes, the kind of fan art) that is plastered all over the internet. Lady Dimitrescu cosplay also started. Watch here, from the 6’9 “model Ekaterina Lisina:

In February, a bewildered Capcom fan thanked fans for their … enthusiastic response, with Village Art Director Tomonori Takano saying all the attention was “much more than we expected”.
But Capcom has realized that it’s good here, and in Asia they use the life-size Lady Dimitrescu cardboard clips to market Resident Evil Village in stores.
Photos of the 9’6 “long antagonist also appear on the side of buses in Hong Kong.
This brings me neatly to Village’s photo mode, which, yes, I’ll certainly be used to snapping Lady Dimitrescu in all sorts of … interesting ways.
I hope Capcom knows what this is going to be about.
