Writer and conservative commentator Candace Owens on Saturday reversed the decision of Major League Baseball (MLB) to move the All-Star Game out of Georgia following the new state law.
Earlier this month, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said the organization was “against restrictions on the ballot box” and was posting the top game to Coors Stadium in Denver, Co.
“So the [MLB] “moved the All Star game from a predominantly black city to a predominantly white one, thus helping * Americans * to help black Americans,” Candace, a supporter of the black GOP, said on Twitter. “Democrats know the best.’
“Nothing screams, ‘I fight racism,’ like transferring business from black to white people,” she added.

Many Democrats applauded the MLB decision following the new Peach State voting laws, including Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms.
But Republican Gov. Brian Kemp has accused the MLB and other major corporations condemning the new laws as largely in ‘fear, political opportunism and liberal lies’.
The MLB’s decision to move the game could cost businesses in Atlanta as much as $ 100 million in tourism revenue – an industry particularly hit by the coronavirus pandemic.
