Candace Cameron Bure responds to fans upset about who she’s following: ‘I follow left and right’

Candace Cameron Bure follows a wide range of people on social media.

She was forced to explain why supporters asked her to follow polarizing figures such as former President Donald Trump and former First Lady Melania Trump.

The 44-year-old ‘Fuller House’ actress said why she would like to follow people who have different views, experiences and perspectives.

“I’ve read several comments from people, and I think there are quite a few new fans, so thank you if you’re still here to follow me here,” Bure said on her Instagram Stories.

Neighbors also follow President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Conservative commentator Candace Owens and many other Hollywood actors and actresses.

“A follow-up does not mean an endorsement,” she pointed out. “A follow does not mean that I agree with everything they say and do. It just means that I follow a wide range of people so that I have perspective. I want to know what is going on in the world, I want different sides of the argument “I follow people in the entertainment that I do not necessarily agree with in the same way, but I want to hear what our society, what culture distributes.”
