CAN YOU HELP? Omaha police investigate Westroads Mall shooting for ‘persons of interest’

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Omaha police murder detectives investigating Saturday’s fatal shooting in Westroads Mall are looking for three “interested people.”

OPD sent a photo on Saturday night asking for the public’s help in identifying the people in the photo.

Police said witnesses or anyone with information about this shooting, including anything they may see on social media, should call Omaha Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP.

Traquez Swift, 21, died at the hospital after police said he was shot inside the Westroads Mall on Saturday afternoon. A 22-year-old woman was also injured during the shooting, but according to authorities, her injuries were not life-threatening.
