Can the class make something big in 2022?

This past yard season, the 2021 class saw a bunch of steak emojis that turned into a scoop of commitments through late spring and summer. We were a little stunned at the time, but it was clear that the group was working together to do some self-recruitment.

Fast forward to now, and the 2022 class apparently takes ropes from what the youngest class did. It started with the top prospect in the class, Quinn Ewers, the five-star full-back, who changed his Twitter profile photo to an image of deer with a ball hat on top of the Ohio top. Now it looks like the rest of the class is changing their Twitter profile photos to the same, with Ewers talking about a potential, big #Boom or series #Booms, we’ll just have to wait and see.

We share this series of tweets with you from many of the already verbally dedicated Buckeyes in the 2022 class, and we’ll just have to keep an eye out to see if there’s big news breaking on the Ohio football recruiting front anytime soon. So far, eight of the ten commitments have changed their profile photos.
