Question: Can I get the COVID-19 vaccine in a country other than my home country?
Answer: Yes.
Gov. Greg Abbott told a news conference on Jan. 11 that there are no geographic restrictions on receiving the COVID-19 vaccine from any Texas vaccine as long as you are a Texas resident.
Special section: Vaccine central
Residents can travel nationwide to receive the vaccine, as long as they make the required appointment time and if they are eligible for it.
