The titular magistrate of the Special Prosecution Service of the Administrative Corruption (Pepca), Wilson Camacho, said he had agreed to a presumption that Habrian had the public passages of the Public Ministry with the accused Angel Rondón.
Camacho said “on various occasions” that he disagrees with this agreement, as long as he classifies the proposal as “an act of perversion”.
“In any part of the world, if the Public Ministry hiccups a proposal in this nature, if the hiccup of its form, constitutes an act of perversion,” Camacho said.
In addition, at present the staff of the Public Ministry in the Odebrecht case is divided into two.
“This agreement is from my point of view and it is said on various occasions, the Odebrecht team is divided into two teams: one for litigation and another for investigation, and there is a decision of the authorities of the Public Ministry at the moment.
