The Arizona Cardinals added Budda Baker’s safety to the injury report, and Baker earned a limited name due to a neck injury.

The timing is not ideal for the Cardinals, as Chris Banjo was placed on the COVID-19 reserve list on Thursday. This leaves Jalen Thompson, Deionte Thompson and Charles Washington as the three other security services on the active roster.

Jalen Thompson trained fully on Wednesday and Thursday and will return for the first time since week 11 due to an ankle injury.

Elsewhere, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has been upgraded from DNP to limited as he works through a hip issue. The same upgrade came for linebacker Haason Reddick (hip) and tighthead Maxx Williams (ankle).

Running back Chase Edmonds (hip), wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (groin) and tighthead Darrell Daniels (thigh muscle) did not train for the second day in a row.

For the Los Angeles Rams, running rugby Cam Akers did not participate on Wednesday and Thursday due to an ankle injury. Aaron Donald trained fully on Thursday after missing Wednesday due to non-injury reasons.
