Brian Eno, Beach House, Santigold for Omega Mart Exhibition

Brian Eno, Beach House and Santigold are one of the musical artists contributing to the upcoming Las Vegas exhibition Omega Mart, such as Brooklyn Vegan reports. The permanent exhibition, produced by the arts and entertainment group Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, opens on February 18 in the AREA15 experience area.

The supermarket-themed exhibition is described as ‘an extraordinary supermarket’ where visitors to the interactive and immersive art exhibition can ‘discover portals that lead to surreal worlds full of unexpected art-filled landscapes to play’.

The musical artists, which also include Amon Tobin, Pleasure Corporation and El Búho, created parties for soundtrack areas of the exhibition. In a video for Omega Mart, Willie Nelson pays a trippy visit through the zealous grocery store, where glitchy people and products morph.

According to a statement, the exhibition will feature approximately 250 projects from more than 325 creators, including local and international artists. It will house four anchorages with ’60 additional unique environments, such as rooms full of installations, sites and portals to other worlds. ‘
