Steve, known to millions of people worldwide as ‘the crocodile hunter’, filmed a documentary when he was fatally stabbed to death by a pickaxe on September 4, 2006 in Batt Reef, Queensland. He was 44 years old.

Steve once turned both Bindi and Robert into young children while offering meat during the exhibitions at the Crocoseum of Australia Zoo.

Terri added: ‘Grace is the next generation that will continue its mission and message of conservation … She has chosen her parents wisely. Bindi and Chandler are all the best parents ever. ‘
