Disney is embarking on the process of bringing more singers, dancers, technicians and other role players to work, from one of the most popular shows at Walt Disney World Resort. The Harambe Theater in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, which is expected this summer, will present with Simba and his friends the amateur group of musical storytellers with Simba and his friends during a ‘celebration’ of the incomparable ‘Festival of the Lion King ‘.
When it returns, ‘Festival of the Lion King’ will be presented in a customized format to take into account the current environment. There will be adjustments to the performance on stage and behind the stage, including updates to the choreography to provide the necessary physical distance. Disney will also adjust how the audience sits, in line with other theater-based experiences at Walt Disney World Resort.
