Brazilian state of Amazonas receives oxygen from Venezuela

(CNN Español) – The governor of the Brazilian state of Amazonas informs these markets that it receives 136,000 cubic meters of oxygen donated by the governor of the state of Bolívar in Venezuela. The cargo containing oxygen from Venezuela is transferred to a plant supplying it. Allí will realize relevant traits for its facility and posterior distribution “to meet the requirements of each health unit”, informs.

For its part, the Ministry of Health of Brazil informs that this March will start installing oxygen-generating plants in the state. In a statement, he explained that the operation of the pavilions that are being installed at the Ejército hospital in Manaos is underway. Sanitary facilities collapsed in the state of Amazonas

Since last week, the Amazon state has seen its sanitary facilities collapse due to an oxygen crisis. Manaos, the capital, was the first to register problems with the suministro.
