Braunwyn Windham-Burke cries over drug allegations during ‘RHOC’ reunion

Braunwyn Windham-Burke has coped with much of her past, but the alcoholic who recovered still broke when Shannon Beador claimed she offered her teenage daughter drugs.

The conversation started during the first part of the “RHOC” reunion when Beador (56) said: “I [didn’t] know if I’m going to say it today, but as a mother I’m going to. When my daughter Stella was 14 years old on her very first beach braai, you went to her and said, ‘Stella, if you want the good stuff, text me.’ ‘It continued in part two of the reunion Wednesday with Windham -Burke shed tears over the allegation.

“I’m sorry. I get it,” Windham-Burke, 43, said in tears as the conversation progressed. “I’m so sorry I did it.”

“I will never do it soberly,” she added.

Beador apparently forgave her when the conversation went on, saying, ‘All right. I appreciate it.”

Emily Simpson agrees that she could say that Windham-Burke had sincere remorse: the latter at one point exclaimed, ‘I am filthy’.

“I do not think Brauwyn owns many things she does, and she owns them,” Simpson offered, as Elizabeth Lyn Vargas agreed.

“I was not pretty and did many things I was ashamed of,” Windham-Burke explained.

Beador said she understood, to which Kelly Dodd intervened: ‘You understand? If someone were to say that to my daughter, I would get a little tired. ‘

Beador admitted that she was upset about the incident, but that she talked to her daughter about it and explained the place where Windham-Burke was at the time.

“I can believe I did,” Windham-Burke said, wiping tears from her eyes. “I did terrible things, but I – wow, I’m sorry.”

Host Andy Cohen wrapped up the segment, but Windham-Burke was so upset about the conversation that she burst into tears again later in the episode when it cut to the first commercial break as Beador tried to comfort her by saying: ‘ It [was] long ago Braunwyn. ”

“I think out of all the things I did, it was perhaps the worst,” Windham-Burke said before leaving the stage. Simpson left to comfort her before the reunion resumed.

It is unclear whether Windham-Burke and Beador have further strained their relationship since recording the reunion.
