The attorney for the family of Bowling Green State University, second-grader Stone Foltz, who is in critical condition after a foggy incident with alcohol, said the organs of the student will be donated.
Foltz became disabled after a haze incident with alcohol Thursday.
“The nature of the haze incident is still under investigation, but I can tell you that it involved a large amount of alcohol consumed in a very short time during a fraternity pledge,” said Sean Cooper, the attorney for Foltz’s family. , told Fox. News.

A BGSU student whose roommates Pi Kappa promised Alpha and Foltz told WTOL that the promises were made on Thursday night to have a drink.
“I’ve never seen my roommate drunk in his entire life. He immediately went to the bathroom and just threw up in the toilet for 15 minutes to an hour and had himself vomited,” the roommate told the local news station.
Pi Kappa Alpha said they have placed the BGSU chapter on administrative suspension and that the chapter will be permanently suspended as more details come to light.

“The International Brotherhood is appalled and furious at this incident,” the fraternity said in a statement on Saturday.
