Boebert communications director resigns amid Capitol riots: report

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.)’S communications director resigned following the deadly attack on the US Capitol last week, Axios reported.

“After the events of January 6, I decided to resign,” Ben Goldey said in a statement to Axios. “I wish her and the people of Colorado’s Third District the best of luck.”

According to the news office, Goldey cited the riot last week that led to five deaths.
