Bobby Brown Jr. deaths are being investigated by authorities due to drug involvement

Authorities in Los Angeles have launched a criminal investigation into the death of Bobby Brown Jr.

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesman confirmed to Fox News on Tuesday that there is currently an ongoing criminal investigation into the Brown Jr. overdose.

According to a report by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, obtained by Fox News on Monday, the 28-year-old son of singer Bobby Brown Sr. ‘S death due to the “combined effects of alcohol, cocaine and fentanyl.”

Brown Jr. was found dead in his Los Angeles home on November 18. His death was considered ‘accidental’.

TMZ reports that law enforcement officers have started considering the case from the outset as a criminal case after it was established that drugs were involved. In the sales area, officers are reported to have quickly gotten off the drugs after colliding with people near Brown Jr. spoke before his body was found.

The case is reportedly now in the hands of the LA County District Attorney’s Office, which will determine whether criminal charges can be filed against someone related to the drugs and whether the case will be kicked back to the police department for a further investigation.

Representatives of the LA County DA did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

At the time, police believed Brown Jr. interrogated his girlfriend and other witnesses who saw him before his death. It was also reported that no drugs or drug paraphernalia were found at the scene.

Brown, 51 (51), told Fox News via his agent at the time: “Keep my family in your prayers at this point. If I lost my son at this point in our lives, it ruined my family. There is no words to explain the pain. “

Brown Jr. ‘s death is the latest tragedy to hit the family after his half-sister, Bobbi Kristina Brown, died in 2015 when she was just 22 years old.

The daughter of Whitney Houston and Brown sr. Was found in a bath and later died after spending months in a coma and being treated for brain damage. At the time, it was widely reported that the young woman died in a similar manner to Houston, who drowned in a bath in 2012 at the age of 48. Houston, an iconic singer and actress, has died in her system with several drugs, including cocaine.

Brown Sr. and Houston was married from 1992-2007. Bobbi Kristina was their only child together.
