People who decide to upgrade to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition on computers their favorite mods may not have to greet. It seems that BioWare is apparently already considering how to handle this. Project director Mac Walters said on Twitter that the team was ‘in touch with some in the modding community’ in terms of support for models. When the game launches in May, people should have a better idea of what to expect.
It came to light when someone noticed Walters in a conversation Mass Effect Legendary Edition mod support. Walters turned up to explain how BioWare handles both the outreach and the upcoming support.

We contacted a few in the modding community to learn how to a) keep everyone informed of changes that will affect existing mods, and b) to make the modding community a success in the future. This is underway, and we will discuss in more detail through the launch.

Websites like Nexus Mods have multiple lists for entries in the series. In particular, the search results for “Mass Effect” are displayed on Nexus Mods Mass effect 3 has more than 600 files available, which have been downloaded more than seven million times. Some of the most popular mods have offered things like an extended galaxy, extra hairstyles and a different ending.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition will hit the PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and PC on May 14, 2021. It will also be available to play on the PS5 and Xbox Series X.
