BioMutant – do you remember that? – Get a Release Date for PS4, Xbox One

BioMutant finally has a launch date. THQ Nordic’s ‘post-apocalyptic kung fu fable’ in the world, coming on May 25, 2021 on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.

Originally payable in 2018, BioMutant is developed by Experiment 101, which founded the former creative director of Avalanche Studios, Stefan Ljungqvist, in 2015. THQ Nordic is the publisher of the game. In BioMutant, players can change their character with bionic prosthetics, powerful mutations and cool weapons, all of which enhance the combat system of the game’s martial arts.

We have a practical look at BioMutant in PAX West in 2018, exactly around the time Experiment 101’s official website for the game went silent. (It returned Tuesday with a brief launch announcement.) The player-designed protagonist character will adopt a mix of animal traits according to the traits users give them. In BioMutantworld, the characters are not just worshipers who look so lovely; they are actually the survivors of a post-apocalyptic world.

“It feels great to slip through a big enemy’s legs and unconsciously catch from behind with a devastating combination,” Mike Futter wrote for Polygon in 2018. ‘Each weapon has its own style of play and a unique’ super wushu ‘attack that can charge over time. ”

Although playable on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 through backward compatibility, BioMutant did not plan a version or improvements for the new generation consoles.
