Bills Wild Card weekend opponent: 3 teams remain as potential opponent

We still do not know who will play the Buffalo Bills on Wild Card weekend, just after Sunday’s 13 games, but we now know a few teams that Buffalo will not get.

The Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns were eliminated as potential opponents of the Wild Card weekend after the results of today’s earlier games. Both teams have taken care of business and will be in the playoffs this season, but their first weekend game will not take place in Western New York.

Buffalo’s opponent in the first round will be either the Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans or Miami Dolphins.

After a season-long game from Miami, including a 30-point win in Week 17, Bills fans are unlikely to care about a third game. Ryan Fitzpatrick could come off the Reserve / COVID-19 list if Miami wins the playoffs and the game is held on Sunday.

Tennessee, meanwhile, has a chance to win the division with a win over the Houston Texans today. If that happens, Buffalo will not see the Titans. The two teams met earlier this year and saw Tennessee definitely beat Buffalo. A lot has changed since the game took place, but it may be the worst game for Buffalo among the teams remaining in the playoffs.

The Colts would be the only team that Buffalo did not play among the opponents of the Wild Card weekend.

Here is an outline of what should happen for each game.

-Titans defeat Texans, Colts defeat Jaguars

Tennessee Titans
