Bills QB Josh Allen improvises for fun TD throw

It’s hard enough to worry about Josh Allen running the ball close to the goal line. Except for Cam Newton, he may be the best goalkeeper we’ve seen.

But when he can adjust to what looked like a said run and push a touchdown pass to an open tight end, how do you stop it?

Allen’s first attack Saturday, the first attack of this post-season, was a fun one. The Buffalo Bills full-back set up in a shotgun and it was clear from the empty backfield that he would drive it. Allen stopped, trying to find a hole, and there was none.

Allen was about to pack when he saw Dawson Knox in the finish line. Allen pushed the ball forward – it’s hard to call it a pass – and it drifted to Knox in the end zone. With that, the Bills took a 7-3 lead over the Indianapolis Colts.

Allen had a phenomenal season. One thing he’s always been good at since he was drafted by the Bill is finding ways to score near the goal line, and he found another way to drive defense crazy in the first quarter of the playoffs.
