Billie Lourd explains Son Kingston is not a ‘trendy’ baby in quarantine: ‘He was conceived’ before

Billie Lourd gives pregnancy a glowing overview!

The Scream queens actress (28) surprised fans when she announced in September that she and fiancé Austen Rydell welcomed their first child, son Kingston Fisher, and shared a photo of the newborn baby’s feet on Instagram.

With a rare insight into her pregnancy experience, Lourd joined her stepfather Bruce Bozzi on SiriusXMs Quarantine with Bruce on Wednesday.

“He’s technically not a quarantined baby, and I want to make that known because a lot of people have trendy quarantine babies,” she says. “Kingston was conceived before the quarantine. He is technically just a Caribbean baby.”

According to Lourd, the pregnancy was not planned, but it seems to be a blessing to have a baby in quarantine – but he is not a baby in quarantine – because I had to keep it to myself. Only my family knew and no one else knew. , as everyone was so surprised when we posted that photo of his feet. It just had to be something I shared with the people I loved the most, that was so amazing and made my pregnancy so magical and wonderful, that I did not expect it to be. ‘

“I wanted to be a mom since I was 2 years old, I always had a plan,” she says. “Like I literally when I was 3, I would say to you, ‘I want like four kids. I want like one at 28’, which is so weird because I had Kingston at 28 and it finally happened, but it’s even better than I ever could have expected. ‘

“This baby is absolute magic,” says Lourd.

She remembers that Rydell was a good support system during her pregnancy. Lourd called him the ‘best father in the world’.

“He was so caring and amazing and cooked for me and gave me foot massages,” she says, adding that he ‘did these lessons with me, just like he did the lactation class, and also did the positive birth class. So he was with me every step of the way. And we just became even closer friends, even better partners. I think it prepared us to be the best parents and he’s sitting out there with the baby now. ‘
