President Biden’s ‘radical’ foreign policy agenda is ‘reversing our policy in the Middle East’ and giving Iran an ‘attempt to become a nuclear state with a return to the Obama-era nuclear power deal’ Mike Mike Turner , R-Ohio, said Sunday.
Turner told Sunday Morning Futures host Maria Bartiromo that the 2015 nuclear deal was “finally flawed” and that the provisions regarding Iran’s nuclear program had expired, allowing the country to continue missile development.

“By this government’s return to this agreement, they are really giving Iran the chance to become a nuclear state,” Turner said.
Turner said the Biden government, along with Iran, had turned ‘to China’, which he described as another US ‘opponent’ which is ‘our greatest vulnerability to work, our greatest vulnerability to our economy’.
“This government is turning its attention away from our allies and to those who are our opponents,” Turner said.

Turner also discussed security at the U.S. Capitol, where National Guard troops are still patrolling and barbed wire fences are still swirling around the complex following the January 6 riot.
“By walling down the Capitol, by walling off this symbol of democracy, it indicates that we are endangering a democracy instead of just going to work and serving the American public,” he said.
Turner said there was no threat justifying these security measures, which he called part of the Democrat’s ‘narrative of fear’.
